Garrett Palmeri is a 2014 C/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Port Jeff Station, NY who attends Comsewogue. Medium, athletic frame and looks the part behind the plate. Ran a 5.47 40 yard dash. Bats right-handed, works from an open setup and gets long at times. Carries his hands high and makes contact to all fields. Hits line drives to the opposite field. Arm strength is still developing from behind the plate but shows a quick transfer. Sets up low and shows solid receiving skills. Has a quick, short arm action. Good student.
