Jacorey Boudreaux is a 2017 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Oak Ridge. Medium, athletic frame with a lean, projectable build and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.47 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well on his feet to the ball, quick and long arm action, accurate 1-hop throws, longer release. Works from a high three-quarter arm action on the mound with a long, clean, and smooth arm action. Hands stay close to body and hides the ball well, generating some downhill plane. Fastball topped out at 79 mph and showed command of it in the strike zone. Has 11-5 shape on curveball with shorter break at 68 mph. Switch hitter, shows more fluidity in left-handed stroke, gets the barrel through the zone with nice extension. Keeps hand in right-handed, creates line drive contact and shows bat speed in swing. Very good student.
