Steven Cahill is a 2015 RHP/2B, SS with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Hammonton, NJ who attends Hammonton. Tall, solidly built, proportioned frame. Ran a 7.23 60 yard dash. Pitches from a high three-quarter arm slot and has a fluid, repeatable arm action. Commands his fastball well at 83-86 mph and stays down in the zone. Has big life out of his hand with sinking action. Also flashes a sharp 11-5 curveball with late bite. Commands both pitches and gets swing and misses. High upside arm. Also swung the bat, shows a flat line drive swing path and hits to his pull side. Arm strength also plays well on the infield. Very good student. Named to Top Prospect list.
