Wyatt Schwing is a 2016 C/3B, RHP with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Aurora, IN who attends South Dearborn. Medium, strongly built frame. Ran a 7.58 60 yard dash. Bats right-handed, works from a balanced setup with a slight knee bend. Makes loud contact and spins on the ball inside. Flashes present power with more on the way. Likes to pull the ball. Generates backspin. Sound game swing is there. Shows sounding catching actions and gets the ball out quickly and cleanly. Has a strong arm and carry on his throws. Makes accurate throws. Also threw well across the infield. Good receiver in the making. Also took the mound, topped out at 84 mph with his fastball and uses a high leg raise in his delivery. Works from a three-quarter slot. Also flashes a 68 mph curveball with sharp, 11-5 action. Good student. Named to Top Prospect list.
