Chris Suriel is a 2015 3B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Smyrna, GA who attends Campbell HS. Medium, athletic frame with broad shoulders and a strong, mature build. Ran a 7.60 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, shows a short arm action on accurate throws across the diamond, good first step to the ball and works through ball well, arm strength will continue to develop. Right-handed hitter, starts with a crouched stance and a high hand and back elbow set. Stays balanced through swing and shifts weight well through lower half. Creates some separation in swing and looks to lift. Aggressive approach, shows carry off the barrel to the opposite field gap. Good student.
