Kacey Walker is a 2018 RHP/SS, 3B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from FPO, AP who attends FPO. Walker has a medium sized frame with a lean build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. His arm works well in back and he pushes the ball some out front. Walker works from the stretch and gets closed at balance point. He uses a Japanese style delivery with a deliberate pause at balance point then exploding. Walker has a directional delivery and his front foot lands pointed open. He throws an 11/5 curveball with developing shape and spin to it. Defensively he showed solid actions in the outfield and in the infield. He plays through the baseball well and made accurate throws with arm strength up to 81 MPH from the outfield. At the plate, Walker starts with an open stance with a tall set up. He uses a foot lift trigger and swings hard. He put the ball in play in game and with occasional hard contact.
