Antonio Chousa is a 2018 3B/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Mt.Kisco, NY who attends Fox Lane HS. Medium athletic frame with lean, slender build, has room to continue filling out. Primary third baseman, worked out in the infield at this event. Surrounds the ball well, fields the ball out in front and bends well. Shows good lateral agility and movement, solid fundamental actions. Gets rid of the ball quickly, accurate throws to first base. Right handed hitter, slightly open stance, high hands set. Leg lift trigger, gets weight shifted well with stride, can collapse backside slightly. Shows developing feel for the barrel, comfort in pulling the ball. Good, patient in-game approach with solid strike-zone discipline. Good student.
