Michael Larwa is a 2016 SS/3B, 2B with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Lakeside, CA who attends El Capitan. Medium athletic frame with slender build; good physical projection moving forward. Hits from open stance with very short hands to the baseball, good fundamental swing with the basics covered well. Hits the ball squarely and will have more pop with physical development. Stays inside the ball well with consistent solid contact all over the field, highlighted by good barrel control. Showed well defensively, moving well to the ball in the infield with quick feet and range to both sides. Fields cleanly through the ball and shows a quick arm/quick release on accurate throws across the infield. Very good actions overall. Ran a 7.15 60 yard dash. Good student.
