2015 Mid Atlantic Underclass Showcase
Ryan Clark is a 2017 C/ with a 5-5 140 lb. frame from Babylon, NY who attends Babylon HS. Medium frame, lean and slender build, plenty of room to fill out physically as he continues to put on additional muscle. Posted an 8.40 60-yard dash. From behind the plate, has a low setup that puts himself in a good position to receive the baseball. Quick footwork behind the plate and flashed ability to gain ground and momentum toward target base. Developing arm strength and carry on throws. At the plate, starts with a wide base, slightly open stance, high hand set, and high back elbow. Has a short compact swing that generates lift at the point of contact. Shows some feel for the barrel. Excellent student.
