Andrew Marshall is a 2019 LHP/1B with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Southlake, TX who attends Southlake Carroll HS. Slender frame with room to fill out as he matures physically. Throws from a high 3/4 arm slot, has short arm action in the back, full hand path, and a short stride. Finishes online, leg lift even with belt. Short running life to arm side on fastball, short depth on slider, same arm slot, developing arm speed. Curveball shows some 1-7 with depth, mixes and shows feel for it. Change up has similar action as fastball. At the plate, left-handed hitter that starts with a narrow stance. Leg lift trigger into load. Middle of the field approach, swings on a line drive swing path. Excellent student.
