Noah Ritchie is a 2016 3B/MIF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Wheaton, IL who attends Wheaton Academy. Good body with projection. Even stance with a small, quiet stride. Hands load to a strong position and lanuch on a compact path to contact with a flat barrel plane. Middle of field approach primarily making line drive contact. Shows some strength to get to the gaps. Extends through baseball well and keeps barrel in hitting zone for extended period of time. Shows ability to hit to all fields off multiple pitch types. Fluid actions and clean transitions in the infield. Throws across from an overtop arm slot with online carry topping at 79 mph. Showed ability to remain accurate with varying arm angles in games. Played an outstanding 3B in games showing off quality athleticism and range to both sides. Very good student as well.
