Enrique (Rick) Acevedo is a 2017 C/ with a 5-10 210 lb. frame from Franklin, WI who attends Oak Creek. Small frame, large build. Even stance and strides to a strong position at the plate. Quiet lower half actions and balanced throughout swing. Compact, downhill swing plane with a mid-field approach. Swing plane produces groundball/ line drive contact. Shows good turn and exchange on throws from behind the plate. Creates good direction on throws as well with accuracy, topped at 66 mph. Best pop 2.21. Skills will develop with continued strength and fluidity. Very good student.
