2004 Underclass National Showcase
Brian Trymbiski -- Trymbiski is a sophomore infielder from Pennsylvania with broad shoulders and a nice projectable athletic body. He has good lower body life and runs very well underway for his age, although he moves much better in a straight line right now than side to side. Trymbiski is a switch hitter with similar approaches from both sides of the plate. He has significantly better bat speed from the right side, though. More lower half involvement in his swing is going to help Trymbiski from both sides as he tends to be a bit sweeping with his upper body. What we liked most about Trymbiski was his overall actions on the field. He’s a hustling type of ball player who knows how to play and enjoys being on the field. Trymbiski is a good student.
