Matthew O'Neill is a 2008 C from Henderson HS, residing in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with a 5'9"/185 pound frame. Matthew has a solid frame. He is a switch hitter that hits from a slightly open stance from the right side. He has a small stride and a high back elbow. Matthew has solid bat speed and a top hand release. From the left side, he has a slight open stance with solid hands and solid bat speed. He did look better from the right side. O'Neill has a quick release behind the plate with a quick transfer. He has an accurate arm with a 1.98 pop time and is a solid receiver. Matthew is a good student.
