OF Adam Novak: Novak is an angular outfielder with plenty of room to add strength. He showed us playable running speed and arm strength from the outfield during the Showcase workouts. Novak’s lack of present strength holds him back with the wood bat right now. He starts his swing with his hands low and has a flat, level swing through the ball. Novak made consistent contact during batting practice but was a bit overmatched in the Showcase games. How he develops in the future will depend on how much stronger he gets.
