Peyton Stuckey is a 2019 OF/RHP, 3B with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Cedar Falls, IA who attends Cedar Falls. Medium frame with a slender build and room to add physically. Ran a 7.35 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Short and deliberate strides when closing to the ball. Longer transfer into a compact arm action topping out at 72 miles per hour on accurate throws to the infield. Also worked out from the infield. Bends at the waist to get to the ball. Fields out front with some stiffness in hands and a funnel to the body. Longer transfer with a quick release making accurate throws across. Clean footwork through transfer. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set and even stance. Utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing. Deep load to start into a longer path to contact. Stays on a line drive plane through the zone. Contact hitter that could create line drive jump off the barrel with an increase physically. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a short side step delivery into medium leg lift. Medium circle in the back with a three-quarters release. Stays tall on the backside working towards the plate. Straight fastball at 70 miles per hour. Still developing release of the curveball that shows an occasional 11-to-5 shape. Very good student as well.
