Grant Heiser is a 2019 C/UT with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Camas, WA who attends Camas HS. Medium athletic build, beginnings of some present strength with more to come. 7.10 runner, shows good athleticism behind the plate defensively, low compact arm slot with good arm strength and carry, 2.16 best pop time, hitch in release slows him down a bit, has the athleticism to keep improving defensively. Right handed hitter, spread stance with limited stride or shift into contact, stays on his back side, hands stay very tight during his swing, emphasizing shortness of swing over all else, will improve when he gets separation/extension and learns to swing harder, opposite field contact. Good student.
