Nick Heilman is a 2020 C/RHP/IF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Logan, OH who attends Berne Union. Medium frame, skinny with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.13 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, receives the baseball out in front with two hands, works out of his crouch with a clean transfer from mitt to hand, takes his arm back to a compact arm action, showcased good footwork carrying his weight into his throw downs, average arm strength with carry and accuracy to the second base bag, 2.14 second best pop time. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a spread out stance, upper half dominant swing with rotational actions, utilizes a short leg lift trigger used for timing, coils deep into swing creating a flat bat path through the hitting zone, pull side approach. Good student.
