Kevin McGovern is a 2019 RHP/ with a 6-3 160 lb. frame from Hingham, MA who attends Boston College High School. Large frame with long, lithe present build; good projection remaining. Righthanded pitcher, easy delivery with good direction to plate, has balance throughout and maintains good tempo. On time with arm stroke, compact arm circle through the back up to high three quarters slot release, good plane to the plate, fastball worked 71-75 mph with slight arm side run. Worked in curveball with 11/5 shape and solid depth. Went right after hitters and challenged inside. Good student.
