Bryan Struk is a 2008 OF/2B with a 5'10'', 175 lb. frame from Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, who attends Don Bosco Prep. Struk has a medium frame with athleticism and life in his body. Had very good sixty times with a best of 6.85, and he showed his speed and quickness on the bases and in the field as well. Defensively he moves well in the outfield with fluid movements and quick actions. Struk showed an accurate arm with solid carry to the bag. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from a crouched stance. Struk has solid bat speed through the hitting zone that allows him to handle higher velocity pitchers. He uses a line drive swing plane and makes consistent line drive contact to all fields. Struk also shows gap power. He stays inside the ball well and stays short to the ball. Struk is a hustle player who is a fun player to watch. There is upside to his overall game.
