Devin Kurasch is a 2022 RHP/2B, 3B with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends Desert Mountain. Developing build that stands to drastically improve as he continues to progress. Primary pitcher, has a short arm action from a high three-quarters slot. Repeatable mechanics with great pitchability. Understands his stuff well. Fastball up to 77 mph with some good sinking action to the plate. Mixes in a sharp 12-to-6 curveball with good late bite down. Pitch shows great promise. 70 mph straight change will continue to improve alongside his build. Great overall competitor on the hill. In the infield, fields out in front and stays in front of the ball well. Is meticulous with his glove work and initial reads off the bat. Shows some good quickness up the middle of the field. At the plate, uses an upright and even stance with a large hanging leg kick trigger. Looks to use the middle of the field, understanding his timing and rhythm with the pitcher.
