Nicholas Beauregard Zimmerman is a 2024 2B/MIF/OF with a 5-1 100 lb. frame from Kingsville, TX who attends Bishop. Developing build that stands to improve drastically as he develops. Primary infielder, fields out in front, breaks down well before fielding and flashes some accuracy to his throws across the diamond. From the outfield, is aggressive to the baseball and is methodical when fielding. Transitions well and shows comprehension of his footwork mechanics. At the plate, uses an even, slightly crouched stance with a simple stride trigger. Likes to use the middle of the field and shows a will to compete at the dish. Good student in the classroom as well.
