Alexander Diez is a 2008 MIF from Coral Park HS in Miami, FL, with a 5'7", 160 lb. frame. Alexander has an athletic build that produced strong workout results. At the plate Alexander shows an early load approach and keeps his weight back well. He has good balance in the box and makes consistent solid contact. Alexander has very smooth IF actions and seemed very comfortable out there. He has a strong arm and moved around the ball very well. Alexander has the type of tools that should attract the attention of many smaller schools.
