Jackson Boggs is a 2020 OF/RHP with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Augusta, GA who attends Lakeside. Medium frame with a slender and athletic build. Ran a 7.32 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Attacks the ball with smooth strides. Long action in the back with a high release. Developing accuracy with some carry to the bag at 78 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with a narrow base to start. Lets the ball travel with a rotational shift into contact. Flashes some strength at contact while working to the middle of the field. Secondary righthanded pitcher getting down the hill with drive off the backside. Gets into a high three-quarter slot with some sink and downhill plane on the fastball at 81 miles per hour and able to work both edges of the plate. Flashes feel for an 11-to-5 curveball with some inconsistent spin. Curveball shows potential to improve when on top of the ball. Good student as well.
