Felix Cruz is a 2019 RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Guanica, PR who attends Pro Baseball High School Academy. Small and slender frame with some athleticism and room to fill out. Primary righthanded pitcher who only pitched during the event. Side arm release with some arm speed. Quick delivery and works quickly down the mound with a good tempo. Short slider that has short lateral movement to it and helps to disrupt hitters of the same handedness. Throws with some effort and is able to keep the ball in the zone well. Controls the zone nicely and is best at generating weak contact. Good student.
