Adrian Gonzalez: Gonzalez is a slender middle infielder with deceptive strength for his size. He’s an aggressive hitter with quick hands and a short swing and likes to turn hard on the inside pitch and pull the ball. He shows above average bat head skills. Defensively, Gonzalez’ arm strength is best suited for second base. Just like his skills with the bat, Gonzalez really uses his hands well in the field. He’s smooth and sure picking the ball up and can get rid of it quickly. Gonzalez ran 7.05 for us in the 60 and was 4.40 down to first base, so his speed is a positive factor, two. This young man is a good baseball player and athlete who can play and maybe star at the college level.
