Cody Madison is a 6' 205 pound 2006 outfielder, right handed pitcher, and third baseman from Moreno Valley, California who attends Vista Del Lago High School. He has a tall frame with a big strong body and a thick core. Cody has a strong arm from both the infield and the outfield where he threw 84 mph and 88 mph during the workout. His arm is quick and he has nice actions and footwork. At the plate, Madison has a good approach and shows strength in his swing. He has good raw power and turns on the ball very well. His swing is level and he generates good bat speed. He is very balanced during his swing. Madison is also a very smart baserunner. Cody throws from a low 3/4 arm slot on the mound. He has a fast arm and throws with a full hip turn delivery. His fastball had good arm side run and sink at 84 mph. He also throws a late breaking slider at 73 mph. Cody is also a good student.
