Justin Jernigan is a 2008 OF/P from West Florida HS, residing in Cantonment, Florida, with an athletic 5'7"/171 pound frame. Justin has athletic actions in the outfield with good footwork defensively. He has a strong arm at 78 mph with good carry. Jernigan is a right handed hitter that has quick hands at the plate. He gets the barrel to the ball and has good power. Justin has a loose arm on the mound and a balanced delivery. He works very quick and throws strikes. His fastball has run at 79 mph and he has solid spin on his 64 mph curveball. Justin is an excellent student.
