401. Nick Bush
, lhp, Lee County HS
L-L, 6-0/175, Leesburg, Ga.
College Commitment: Louisiana State

Bush throws a bit too hard to be considered a crafty lefty, as he's capable of topping out at 92 mph, but the rest of his game matches that description from his size to his strengths as a pitcher. The LSU signee has a big back turn and leg raise delivery that provides deception for hitters and uses a hard-biting curveball as his best pitch and can throw it at any point in a count for strikes.

402. Scott Heineman
, 1b/of, Oregon (JR)
R-R, 6-1/215, Pacific Palisades, Calif.
Previously Drafted: Royals ’14 (19)

Heineman’s 2014 season culminated with a 19th round selection by the Kansas City Royals despite playing in just eight games. Granted a medical redshirt, Heineman returned for another season in Eugene and has made the most of 2015. Showing above average bat speed in his righthanded swing, Heineman hit a career best .293 with 12 doubles and five home runs while putting his pure strength on display. An above average athlete who’s capable of playing several positions, his speed may be his loudest tool as he swiped a team-high 16 bags in 2015.

403. Jon Duplantier
, rhp, Rice (SO)
L-R, 6-4/210, Katy, Texas
Previously Drafted: Never Drafted

Duplantier had some buzz surrounding his name throughout the fall after a promising summer in which his premium stuff took the next step forward. A true draft-eligible sophomore, Duplantier missed all of 2015 battling an injury but it’s hard to deny the stuff when he’s healthy on the mound. With a prototypical 6-foot-4 athletic build, Duplaniter is able to run his fastball into the mid-90s which is complemented by a hard, late-breaking slider in the upper-80s. However, he may be more likely to return for another year at Rice to put his draft stock back where it was prior to the season.

404. Aaron Mizell
, of, Georgia Southern (SR)
L-R, 5-10/155, McRae, Ga.
Previously Drafted: Never Drafted

Spending his first two collegiate seasons at Gordon State College in Georgia, the lean and athletic Mizell made an immediate impact in the middle of the Highlander’s lineup. Despite his 5-foot-10 and projectable build Mizell is able to produce some of the best power in the conference, finishing tied for second in the Sun Belt with 12 home runs. Putting his hidden strength and strong hands on display with a team-high .539 slugging percentage, Mizell has some swing-and-miss in his approach but has the type of power to impact a game from the left side.

405. Charlie Donovan
, ss, Westmont HS
L-R, 5-11/175, Clarendon Hills, Ill.
College Commitment: Michigan

Donovan is a high performance middle infielder who has dominated Illinois high school baseball for the past three years. He isn't an especially physical athlete but has plenty of quick-twitch tools, including 6.6 speed in the 60-yard dash and a crisp lefthanded swing that has plenty of gap power. Donovan profiles as a second baseman at the next level and has the athleticism to make the spectacular play along with the more routine.
