Top Prospects: Cape Cod League (Schimmel)

EDITOR’S NOTE: Greg Schimmel, a Connecticut resident and a student at the University of Maryland, spent his summer vacation scouting players in the Cape Cod League. Not only did he write a daily blog (capecodbaseballleague.blogspot.com) on his experience and the players he saw, but he has compiled his version of the top 100 major-league prospects from the league for PG Crosschecker, and has provided his scouting observations of those players. PG Crosschecker’s Allan Simpson has provided his own take on the Cape league’s top 100, and will provide his scouting reports on those players in the coming weeks.
