Prospects: Top 100 college srs.

When Texas right-handed pitcher Cole Green was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the fourth round of the MLB draft last summer, it was assumed he would sign. That assumption was wrong as Green is back at UT for his senior campaign and headlines Perfect Game’s Top 100 senior prospects for the 2011 MLB draft.

Though Green leads the way, he’s certainly not alone when it comes to star power. Army two-way star Kevin McKague enters the season with high acclaim, while Georgia Tech right-handed pitcher Kevin Jacob is back from an injury and hopes to help his stock skyrocket with a strong senior campaign.

Heralded power hitters such as Clemson’s Jeff Schaus and Fresno State’s Jordan Ribera also could help their draft stock with highly productive campaigns.

Up next? An inside look at our Top 100 junior draft prospects. Our list of top senior prospects is below.
