LHP Tyler Alexander (Texas Scout Team Yankees, Southlake Carroll HS, TX): Alexander is the first of many prospects on this list who came into the WWBA World Championships with a limited or non-existent resume. For scouts who don’t live and die by the radar gun, Alexander was one of the most interesting pitchers in Jupiter. He pitches in the upper-80s with a super smooth, low effort delivery and arm action and has outstanding feel, command and movement on his fastball/change up combination. He’s as projectable as any pitcher at this level.
