• Place
elbows on ground directly under shoulders.
• Distribute
bodyweight evenly between toes and elbows
• Hold
position for as long as possible.

Average: Position
held less-than 15 seconds.
Average: Position
held 15 to 30 seconds.
Above
Average: Position
held more-than 30 seconds.
Single-Leg
Stance
(Balance)
• Stand
on one leg.
• Place
hands on hips.
• Raise
right heel and hold for 10 seconds.
• Don’t
move hands or allow heel back to floor.
Fail: Position
held less-than 10 seconds.
Pass: Position
held 10 seconds or more.
