Seemingly no matter how well teams, and people like us here at Perfect Game prepare for the draft over the winter months, there are still always players than manage to sneak up on just about everyone. This year, Tim Anderson is a prime example of one of those players. Now a sophomore at East Central Community College in Mississippi, every organization in baseball had a shot at him in last year’s draft as well. He went undrafted, and has since blossomed into a possible first round selection this June. This wasn’t necessarily a swing and miss by the scouting world, but instead an example of a player that has blossomed before our eyes.
