Welcome to Perfect Game's second projection of the 2013 MLB Draft.  Allan Simpson, David Rawnsley, Frankie Piliere, Todd Gold and myself (Patrick Ebert) will play the role of scouting director for each of the 27 teams that own at least one selection among the top 39 overall picks (the end of the Competitive Balance Round A).  These picks will be based on our own assessments of the players that are available while keeping in mind the recent drafting preferences of the teams we are responsible for.

We have changed the team responsibilities from the first time we conducted a Mock Draft a month ago.  It should be noted that this is not an attempt to project how the draft will actually shake out come June 6.

Here are the team responsibilities:

Gold:  Astros, Mets, Pirates, Yankees
Ebert:  Cardinals, Cubs, Dodgers, Phillies, Rangers, Red Sox
Simpson:  Blue Jays, Indians, Mariners, Marlins, Rays, Rockies
Faleris:  Athletics, Diamondbacks, Reds, Tigers, White Sox
Rawnsley:  Braves, Giants, Orioles, Padres, Royals, Twins

Be sure to follow Rawnsley (@DavidRawnsleyPG), Piliere (@FPilierePG) Gold (@TGold_PG), Faleris and Ebert (@PGPatrickEbert) on Twitter.
