The following players stood out during Batting Practice for the Vegas Gold and White teams during the Northeast Underclass Showcase.
Anthony DeSouza (2016, RHP/MIF, Malden Catholic HS, MA) has a consistent swing and barreled up the ball consistent. Ball carried well off bat to center field.
Michael Griffin (2016, MIF, Bishop Guertin, NH) shows good bat speed and makes consistent loud contact with carry off the barrel.
Jackson Olson (2016, SS, New Milford CT) Showed real good power hitting 3 towiering homeruns with loud contact.
Kane Medina (2016, MIF, Newton North HS, MA) made consistent line drive contact to all fields.
