The following players stood out for the Teal team during their two 5 inning games at the South Uncommitted Showcase.
Quinton Smithwick (2015 RHP, Orange Grove, TX) has a very live arm working 88-90 topping at 91 with his fastball and mixing in a 74 MPH curveball with good depth. He has room to fill out and gain strength. Interesting arm to follow.
Hunter Barton (2015 RHP, Austin, TX), Mario Milian (2015 C, Cypress, TX) and Brandt Shilling (2015 2B, West, TX) each had a hit for the Teal Team.
