Nick Topoleski (2017 RHP, Lawrenceville, GA) topped out at 80mph this afternoon to go along with his curveball at 65mph and slider at 70mph. Topoleski pitches from a low 3/4 arm slot mixing in his off-speed pitches for strikes and did a good job of keeping hitters off-balance.
Reddon McLaurine (2017 LHP, Gulf Breeze, FL) looked good at the plate today. McLaurine has a nice easy swing and with a confident approach at the plate.
Alex Guzman (2017 C, Lawrenceville, GA) put together a couple of nice swings this afternoon. Guzman makes hard contact with a line drive swing plane and displayed bat speed.
Zack Smith (2018 C, Carrollton, GA) made solid contact at the plate today. Smith showed good plate coverage and does a good job of going with the pitch.
