Bishop Gorman's
TJ White came through in a big way to keep the Gaels undefeated in their opening game at the Big League Dugout National Invitational tournament. White capped off a 3-for-4 day with a walk-off 2-run Home Run to give Gorman a 4-3 win.
Mitch Nay went 2-for-3 with a tape measure shot Home Run to center in the first inning in a losing effort for Hamilton.
Gorman rallied back after being down 3-0 in the fourth inning, pulling off the difficult feat of beating Hamilton (AZ) ace
Jake Andrews. Bishop Gorman will face Downers Grove (IL), who is coming off a 9-1 win in its opener, this afternoon. Hamilton will look to break its 2-game losing streak against Cottonwood (UT).
