Jeter is a seriously strong young man at 6-3/250 and has outstanding bat speed. He crushed the ball in batting practice, crushed the ball during Zepp testing and then hit a 445 foot home run that measured 103 mph off the barrel on Trackman. The young man can hit.

Bo Majkowski  OF - 2017 - Johns Creek, GA

Majkowski is a tightly wound athlete with a combination of power and quickness, especially in his left handed bat and right arm. He's the son of former NFL quarterback Don Majkowski.

Kennet Sorenson  C - 2017 - Smoke Rise, GA
Nebraska

Sorenson is one of the more athletic young catchers you'll see, with lots of present strength, very good quickness and speed for the position and a very good throwing arm. The Nebraska commit is a left handed hitter on top of it.

Tanner Belcher  RHP - 2017 - Smiths Station, AL
Wallace State CC-Hanceville

Belcher is a strong and talented athlete who runs a 6.8 sixty and shows bat speed at the plate. His future is on the mound, where he worked in the upper 80's with his fastball with a good curveball and change up.

Trei Cruz  SS - 2017 - Houston, TX
Rice

Cruz is the son of former big league outfielder Jose Cruz Jr. and is looking to be a third generation big leaguer. He certainly has the athleticism and especially the right handed bat speed to make that a realistic goal.

Kooper Briley  SS - 2017 - Martin, GA
Kennesaw State

Briley has a strong all around game with tools and polished fundamentals in all areas. He looks to be a high average right handed hitter moving forward, with a short and direct swing that really squares the ball up well. He had 7 hits in his two games.

Bailey Wimberley  RHP - 2017 - Eads, TN
Memphis

Wimberley has a long and very loose arm action that produced a fastball up to 88 mph and an impressive knuckle curveball with tight spin and lots of power up to 76 mph. He's a very good athlete who also runs a 6.8 sixty.

Myles Christian  OF - 2017 - Olive Branch, MS
Middle Tennessee State

Christian is a very projectable 6-1/165 athlete who had one of the loosest and smoothest left handed swings we saw all weekend. He also runs a 6.78 sixty. He's just going to keep getting better in all areas as he gets stronger.

Robert "Rob" Hamby  RHP - 2017 - Demorest, GA
GGC

Hamby has an impressive 6-5/210 build that still has lots of maturing to do. He topped out at 88 mph with a 76 mph power curveball that had impressive bite and depth at times. Hamby is a good athlete who swings the bat well and has some gap power.

Noah Farmer  RHP - 2017 - Metropolis, IL
Southern Illinois

Farmer is a very nice all around athlete who shows potential as a two-way player. He topped out at 84 mph on the mound but also showed his bat speed well in BP and games and was one of the highest graded players at the showcase defensively in the outfield.

Jack Collins  RHP - 2017 - Decatur, AL
College of Charleston

Collins is a strong young athlete at 6-1/190 and shows lots of two-way potential. He worked in the 84-86 mph range with a big breaking mid-70's power curveball on the mound, while also showing big bat speed and making hard contact at the plate.

Sam Warren  OF - 2017 - Grayson, GA
Georgia Highlands

Warren has a big and strong 6-2/190 build and blazed his way to a 6.51 time in the sixty, the second best of the showcase. He's a few swing adjustments from the right side from being an outstanding all around prospect.

Garrett Brown  RHP - 2017 - Madison, AL
Samford/Wallace State CC-Hanceville

Brown has a long armed athletic build that looks much closer to 6-3 than his listed 6-1 and he's very projectable physically. He topped out at 87 mph on his fastball and has some simple mechanical adjustments to make that will move him forward immediately.

John Bakke  LHP - 2017 - Huntsville, AL
Morehead State

Bakke is a 6-3/175 left hander with deception to his delivery and a high level of pitchability. He topped out at 84 mph with a big breaking soft curveball he showed feel for along with a nice change up.

Austin Slaten  RHP - 2017 - Phenix City, AL
Florida Southwestern State College

Slaten is a very good athlete who will keep improving as he fills out his 6-2/170 frame and gets stronger. He already has plenty of right handed bat speed, runs a 7.2 sixty and throws 85 mph off the mound.

Nolan Tressler  OF - 2017 - Canton, GA

Matty Bapst  C - 2018 - Cumming, GA

Bapst is a very good athlete for a young catcher and looked solid both offensively and defensively. He was especially impressive behind the plate, where he is quick and agile and was down to 1.90 to second base in drills.

Ford Hilyer  C - 2018 - Wetumpka, AL
Faulkner University

Hilyer is a pretty unique athlete who is listed at 5-5/130 but who has outstanding arm strength from multiple positions, including 82 mph/1.90 from behind the plate. He reminds us of another recent Alabama top prospect, Hunter Stovall.

John A. Logan College

Lenon is a loose and projectable 6-3/185 southpaw who worked in the 80-82 mph range and showed a big slurve type breaking ball that was effective to both left handed and right handed hitters. He can pitch now and his stuff is just going to keep getting better as he matures.

Brayden Moore  OF - 2018 - Parsons, TN
Volunteer State CC

Moore still needs to add strength to his 5-9/160 build but he has a very nice set of hitting mechanics that will make him a high average hitter and top of the order hitter. He is also a 6.9 runner and a good outfielder.

2019 Top Prospects

Jonathan "JP" Martin  C - 2019 - Cartersville, GA

Ethan Anderson  C - 2019 - Woodstock, GA
GGC/Georgia Highlands

Anderson is a very projecable 6-2/165 athlete who was very solid in his present skills and tools in a number of areas. He could develop into a two-way prospect off the mound in addition to his tools as a catcher.

Dominick D'Antonio  C - 2019 - Kennesaw, GA
Northwestern

The 2019 catchers really stood out for their depth and quantity and D'Antonio was one of the better ones, if not the biggest at 6-3/215. He has very good present arm strength and was down to 2.00 to second base.

Jax Cash  C - 2019 - Spartanburg, SC
