Ditto for Rice (with only Zech Lemond, and not Jordan Stephens or Skyler Ewing making 3rd team honors). Very surprised by the writers' selections (and ommissions).

Oregon State's best player and last year's Pac 12 Player of the year is no where to be found (Michael Conforto). I went back and looked at NCBWA's All Americans from last year and he wasn't listed on any of their teams. What kind of outfit is this?

That's all right guys. It's not where you are at the beginning of the season, it is where you are at the end. Let us just see where the ncbwa's preseason all-stars end up at the end of the year. Furthermore, while the players listed by the ncbws as all american first teamers may be really good, if they are surrounded by so-so players, then does it really matter?

Less than 2 months until baseball season!!! This is so dam exciting!!!!

Here's some team love. Collegiate Baseball's preseason poll. Two Pac-12 teams in the top ten, both from the Beaver State: #4 Oregon State and #6 the school in Eugene. Also UCLA (15), ASU (22), Arizona (24), and Stanford (26).

Already my top preseason nonconference game to watch: Sunday Feb 23. #4 OSU vs. #7 Indiana in Surprise, AZ.

ditto, I think that will be a great game, and a good measuring stick for both teams

Did we get his renewal fee? And I forget...did the Devil Beaver have a forked tongue or forked tail?
