Whole lot of power in that Pride lineup! They've been playing real well of late, huge win over Hamilton last night. Going to be moving up the Regional Rankings tomorrow.

Possible National Top 50 next week? Check back Tuesday to find out.

Brenden Rivera: Brooks-DeBartolo Collegiate High School - Tampa, FL. - Born 1995 - Class of 2013, 6'1", 187lbs, L/L
This 15 year old kid finished the year with a .530 Batting Average and a high .900 Slg. average. He hit 9 homeruns this year leading all of Florida for Class of 2013 (www.maxpreps.com) Rivera should reallistcally be a Freshman. He doesn't even turn 16 until late July. Watch for this kid to be an animal by his senior year.

This kid is a phenominal hitter with some power. Had the pleasure of watching him hit a bomb at the WWBA 18U Nationals. realist813 wrote:

Ron Miller, Serra (Gardena) HS in Los Angeles...numbers don't reflect it but has been using wood bat since Freshman year of HS against mediocre pitching. One of the fastest bats in the nation..Power Showcase rep, won the SW Futures HR Derby at Urban Youth Academy in June 2011

Dylan Creech, Wolfe County HS in Ky. Hit 6 HR's in 6 AB's and 7 in 8 AB's. Wound up the season with 9. He didn't get much to hit after his phenominal start. (49 BB's) 16 intentional...one of those with the bases loaded to tie the game.

Couple kids at the National Academic who could hit: Walker Haymaker (Dr. Phillips HS, FL) Frankie Romano (Bishop Verot HS, FL) and most impressively Patrick Hahne (Steinbrenner HS, FL). Hahne tall frame, big looks a little raw, big time follow.
