Supposedly Fic was an all American SS so I feel ok moving him to 2nd. With that length man could he cover some distance. If Van Horn is comfortable moving a guy who he says was the best 1st baseman he's ever coached to 2nd I'm ok with it too haha! Vinson is puzzling, I've been waiting on him to come around at the plate. Him and our center fielder Morris are incredibly athletic defensively. Van Horn says Morris is the best defensive center fielder he's coached. He coached Craig Gentry (now with the Rangers) at center so those are strong words.

BTW It should be a good two games between us. Would like to have seen a Williams vs Stanek matchup. Glad to see Vinson found his bat. Great defensively, but he could not get a hit to save his life last year. What do you think of Ficociello moving from 1st to 2nd?
