Dustin Reznicek is a 2005 outfielder from Clarendon Hills, Illinois, with a lean, athletic build at 5'10", 140 pounds. He hits from a slightly open stance, and stays balanced throughout the swing. He has a short compact swing, and keeps his hands inside nicely. He has a good opposite field approach with the outer half of the plate, and good knowledge of the strike zone. He showed good athleticism with a 7.07 in the 60, and 4.40 home to first. With that foot speed he covers a lot of ground, and made a great diving catch during the game. He has a strong arm (76mph from outfield), and makes accurate throws. He has a good feel for how the game is played, and is a tough, smart player that will play at the next level. He is an excellent student.
