Andrew Pichardo is a 2007 OF/IF with a 6'1'', 160 lb. frame from Homestead, Florida, who attends Southridge High School. Andrew has a lean athletic build with room to fill out. At the plate Andrew makes consistent contact and can drive the ball to the opposite field. His swing is way too long at this time and he will be best off when he works on getting his hands inside the ball more. In the field Andrew best projects at second base where he has clean actions and solid range. Andrew is a player that will attract the attention of some smaller college programs.
