Dylan Johnston is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Arlington, TX who attends Pantego Christian Academy. Primary outfielder with an athletic build. Showed good fundamentals from the outfield and works through the ball well. Made throws with good accuracy and carry on them. Ran a 7.39 sixty. Also pitched throwing from a mid 3/4 slot. Uses a medium leg lift with a rhythmic delivery. Fastball had great sinking life to it and was located well. Creates tough angles for hitters from his slot and missed a ton of bats. Mixed in a sharp cutting slider as well. Flashed a curve with more over the top break 1-7 depth/shape. Projectable on the hill. Left-handed hitter with an even base and open stance. Has a quick set of hands with a smooth lefty swing. Uses a small toe lift trigger and stride for timing. Fires off the back side a good bit and clears the hips well. Showed intent to the pull-side. Good student. Named to the Top Prospect list.
