Charles Fisher is a 2008 LHP/OF with a 5'10'', 160 lb. frame from Grass Lake, MI who attends Grass Lake HS. He has a young body with a medium frame and developing strength. Fisher has a high effort delivery with multiple head jerks and back side collapse coming through release. Hitters see a lot of moving pieces and don't look like they pick up the ball well. Fisher's release point in mid 3/4's and he pitches from the stretch at all times. His fastball was steady at 80-82 mph and was pretty straight. His breaking ball was a 74 mph slider that flashed good spin and break when he got over it but which was often flat. Fisher's command was predictably inconsistent given his delivery and effort. He has good arm strength and could improve with some adjustments. Fisher is also a good student.
