Vincent Batista is a 2010 OF/P with a 6'0'', 205 lb. frame from Cooper City, FL who attends Archbishop McCarthy HS. Thick broad shouldered build, good strength. Switch-hitter, same approach/bat speed, wide stance, short swing, gets weight transferred, good bat control, balanced at contact, some bat speed thru strength. 7.13 runner, has arm strength. Also pitched, busy delivery, creates deception, FB to 81 mph, big sweeping slider, good change up. Outstanding student.
