Parker is a infielder with a wiry athletic frame. He's 5'10 and only 145 lbs which means he should get much bigger and stronger. He has nice hands and a playable arm. He shows ok bat speed and hand strength He is a contact line drive type hitter who could develop some wood bat power. He has good instincts and he has a feel for the game. Smart player with projectable college tools. Garrett is a very good student.
