Giovanni Foster is a 2025 3B/RHP with an athletic 6-0 190 lb. frame from Castaic, CA who attends Castaic High School. Started off the event clocking a 7.33 60-yard dash. He moves well for his size and showed solid actions on the dirt working through the baseball with confidence and making all the required plays and throws. At the plate he employed a pull approach trying to lift the ball as much as possible. He's got some present bat speed and can barrel balls up consistently. On the mound he features a 4-pitch mix that include FB, CB, SL, CH. Works strictly out of the stretch and uses a high 3/4 slot. Shows, clean, simple mechanics and a repeatable delivery. Foster is a strike thrower with the ability to land his slider, which had sweeping action at times.
